I still have a problem of being only able to run dynamic campaigns, not able to run a static campaign.
When I go into 'Pilot career', and select 'new', I only have dynamic campaigns available, no static campaigns.
Also has a limited number of airforces available.
Is this a bug? Any known fixes? Maybe its a re-install.
Any help appreciated.

If you have non-mods campaigns in your Missions folder they may not be showing up because ".ru" may have to be added at the end of the file names.
Open your campaign's files with Notepad and add .ru to the "info" file and all the properties files.
Example:
missionname.properties.ru
info.properties.ru
This can be a tedious process editing all the mission file names but it's rewarding when it works.
Not sure if this is your problem but it might be.

I wasn't at my IL2 computer so I told you wrong.
Instead of .ru it should be _ru
Examples:
missionname_ru (for properties file NOT the .mis file)
info_ru
