The problem is with the last waypoint in the 4th (Bong53) and 5th (Bong54) missions.
Do you know how to use the Full Mission Builder?
If you do then go in and find your flight in those missions (Bong53 and Bong54) and go to the last waypoint. Choose normal fly and then landing. Do the same for the next mission as it is also wrong.
If you don't know how to use the FMB then I can send you the corrected missions and if you know where they go (missions/campaigns/US/AceOfAces3_0) and replace the missions.
If you don't know how to do any of those things I will upload America's Ace of Aces 3.1 but you will lose you career to date I believe and will have to start over.
Sorry somehow the last way point in those missions got messed up.
