is there a way to make a FMB map into a QMB map? i don't like using FMB because it's bulky and takes too long, i use nothing but QMB

Yes. First you must have one of the versions of Quick Mission Builder Plus (QMB+) installed or enabled. Then read the readme and follow the instructions carefully. The instructions will vary depending on which version of the game you are using and which version of QMB+.
As long as you have things set up properly and have the needed quick missions for the map in question, you can use it in QMB.
