Im sorry, Can anyone explain to me what is timeout in hyperlobby.

I get it aswell.
You see the Ping Bar next to the Server Name(Click on it to refresh it), (the bar with the coloured lines) If you are too far away from where a server is hosted you will Time out.
You can tell if you are going to time out because the Bar will be Red.
Sadly I can't play online, too much lag and Time outs, And my game randomly freezes anyway online only but I think that is due to me Timing Out.

I'm and offline user, but when I tryed to go online I always got these times outs.
So I gave up trying to join
