Hsfx 4 refuses to work.

I have seen the 242 links, and ive checked out pretty much every potential fix to this issue of it being in russian then crashing...nothing works.

I've reinstalled all the patches and HSFX 4. Patches work fine, some of the mods do too....all except the hsfx history mod

Help me out, please, also take into account that i am a newb and will need DETAILED instructions on how to implement your solution.

Pictures would help too (not kidding, im not even up to remedial level when it comes to modding skills)
