Is there a tutorial or could someone explain briefly how you can create the faces of the pilots in game using photographs..
like this one for example

simply cutting and pasting the little square image wont do - you would have to color it a little - make it tan/pink so it shows up good in game..
This is the part that I don`t know and I would like some help.
*I have the skin-mod, I have a whole collections of uniforms I can create and customize - its just the faces I`m having trouble with.
