Sorry, but there only a very few people with that knowledge and your screen shot already revealed a bit too much.
If you would like to learn, you need to PM them directly for help.

Also deleted your Email address to protect you. Just have people PM you instead. It will help cut down on possible Spam due to troll bots that try to get such information from sites like these.

Anyway, just put you courser over the user name above the avatar and if you have inserted your E-Mail, it should just say E-Mail Fsix

Go to User Control Panel up top of the site left, then profile, then edit avatar
And there is where you can put one in.

No howtos, no tools downloads and/or descriptions regarding FM/DM creation or modification on this board please. It's for the sake of gameplay consistency for us all. If this knowledge falls into wrong hands this could likely be the nail to IL-2's coffin.
