Better Wheels Combined
#1

This is Version 5 of the Mod Wheel which is an evolution of the mod Better Wheels Combined, which as we all know is original Barnesy.
http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/to...183.0.html

In this version apart from the new textures that have been incorporated into some models and you can see in the screenshots, looking for two sides of the wheel for added realism, also has tried to correct some minor bugs, such as are almost all textures reworked to provide a proper rotation of the wheels without adverse oval.
Also corrected the small separation of the wheel that had the landing gear on the P-38 and Me-262.

Has also increased the size of some wheels that would provide a more robust (eg, Corsair, Avenger ..) but has not been possible in all models would have liked.

Hi Jeronimo,

thank you very much! Those wheels are perfect, like real! 8)

A question if I may ask, though?

What exactly do I have to do with these folders and files? I do have an installation of the DBW (Dark Blue World) for example.
Do I need only this one folder named: "B&T wheel fix_DBW" and copy it into the #DBW folder?
Or what else?
I'm grateful for any hint and answer.

B & T fix_DBW folder is copied into your DBW, or plain modded game (in my case SAS modact 3.06), others you add if you have those items installed...

If you are only using it in DBW, you must copy the folder "B & T wheel fix_DBW" in the folder of the game # DBW.
In this folder are practically all models of DBW.
If you add any new aircraft, verify that it is in the folder "4.11 & other plans" (which are for example Ki-45, TBD-1, F - 4E...) and añadalos to the folder "B & T wheel fix_DBW".

The MOD has been tested in different facilities (UP 3.0, DBW, HSFX, 4.11, 4.09 m with UP 2.01) and all works perfectly.
In the case of HSFX, and imagine that with SAS Modact like, copy it to the folder MODS.

Regards.

Hi there,

thank you very much!

Yes I did - and it works perfectly! Big Grin
And it looks truly awesome!
Amazing what a little detail can do!

Don't get me wrong or ungrateful (I never am) - can we expect a future revision for vehicles as well, like the wheels of Trucks, Tanks etc..?

Jambo S!
