This is a Dazzle paint scheme based on 1916-17 anti-sub warfare schemes

This is a 1916-17 Dazzle paint scheme used by anti-sub warfare ships in WW 1. The theory behind the brightly coloured paint scheme was that it would mess up the way the periscope or binoculars of the submarine would determine distance thus making for incorrect adjustments to gunnery and torpedo timings.

To install just drop folder inside the folder named DazzleSkin into the main game folder and it will do the rest...the skin is named Dazzle93
