  Tweak effects mods: Please help the users

With the wealth of new effects mods (smoke,light, explosions etc) perhaps some of the mod creators can explain how to finetune certain mod parameters, namely those which can be changed by simple notepad editing and image manipulation. Myself I know some very basic changes you can do but it would be great if someone which really worked on these mods to teach us what can a user change by notepad editing and image manipulation.
A user can then personalize to some extent the mods he downloaded..
Also some of the effects parameters can be tweaked in case a user have PC performance issues with the original mod(s) he downloaded or got as a package...

The Türk Hava Kuvvetleri (THK - Turkish Air Force) was one of the prominent F-4 users with approximately 233 aircraft. The original order for F-4’s was 40 aircraft with the first being delivered in August 1974. In 1981 F-4E 66-0312 was delivered to the THK and with reorganization of Filo’s (squadrons) and its aircraft this F-4 became the property of 172nd Filo “Sahin”. In early 1990’s 172nd Filo was one of 3 squadrons assigned to the 2nd Tactical Air Force, 7 Ana Jet Us (Jet Air Base), Erhac-Malataya. With this reorganization the 172nd Filo became an interception squadron. In Aril 2009 172nd Filo was disbanded in anticipation of the arrival of the new F-35 Lightning II. To mark the occasion F-4E 66-0312 was given this special paint scheme “Kara Sahin” (Black Falcon - Black Hawk).

Here we have a new German Big Bertha artillery fully working user operated CK vehicle.
This was made by the other two CK team 3D modelers, one made the truck and the other
made the gun.

Now I have a little more news for you, we have just received the first test damage model from the developer and am very happy to say it is looking good we are now in the process of sorting it out but the bace is now in game and I as a modder I really like how its all laid out and works, so as soon as it is sorted out and we apply it to a few CK vehicles we will then make a video and show you.

For the first months of SCW, Aragon's front was ill defended by Nationalist aircraft. Only between 1 and 3 Nieuport Delage Ni-52 fighters and between 4 and 6 Breguet XIX light bombers, with the ocasional help of a few Fokker F-VII and DH-89 bombers. In front of them, Republican "Alas Rojas" group doubled, at least, those effectives.
Situation was so bad for Nationalists, that majors of the three Aragonesse main cities, Saragosse, Huesca and Teruel started collecting money for buying some planes to defend their cities. A lot of civil donations were received and, by the end of october 1936, three Heinkel He-51 were bought. By then, situation was already changing with German and Italian help. The three planes were named after the three cities but, at the beginning, they were sent to Logroño, to serve in Northern front, in the Biscay campaign. They eventually returned to Aragon and fullfillled their defensive purpose, being repainted later with more or less splinter camo.
These skins are for those last months in 1936 and the first ones in 1937.

Iam working on the USS Plunger. The third submarine of the Thresher/Permit class. All parts of the exterior model are done.
Only the textures are still work in progress. Specular and bump maps also in progress.

  Gun sounds are very silent

Hi there!
First of all i have to say that HSFX is the best mod ever made for IL 2!
The graphics sound its awesome!
But i have a problem. The sounds of the guns are not loud enough! I cant hear them. I only hear this sound of the wind like if you stall your plane.
Inside the cockpit and also outside i cant hear the sounds. I know there were fixes for it but they didnt work!
Can you give me tips for my audio settings or give me some fixes?

The Turkish Air Force received 40 F-4Es in 1974, with a further 32 F-4Es and 8 RF-4Es in 1977–78 under the "Peace Diamond III" program, followed by 40 ex-USAF aircraft in "Peace Diamond IV" in 1987, and a further 40 ex-U.S. Air National Guard Aircraft in 1991. A further 32 RF-4Es were transferred to Turkey after being retired by the Luftwaffe between 1992 and 1994. In 1995, IAI of Israel implemented an upgrade similar to Kurnass 2000 on 54 Turkish F-4Es which were dubbed the F-4E 2020 Terminator. Turkish F-4s, and more modern F-16s have been used to strike Kurdish terrorists in ongoing military operations in Northern Iraq. In September 2010, US Army spokeswoman Lt. Col. Tamara Parker confirmed a Chinese-Turkish joint exercise from 20 September through 4 October at the Konya air base in Turkey's central Anatolia region. According to Reuters, the Turkish air force flew F-4s, and China flew Russian-built Su-27s. Reports indicated F-4s successfully defeated Su-27s in air combat exercises.

F-4E (SRA) Phantom II 68-506 Mira 337 "Archangel 2005" Hellenic AF

On 2005, for the retirement of lasts F-4E in Mira 337 Squadron, this Phantom received this wonderful special scheme. This aircraft was seen during the big national Greek AF Airshow named "Archangel 2005" on Tanagra AB in middle of country, and on Malta Airshow few weeks after.

Today this Phantom still wear this scheme, it is shown as gate guard at 110CW on Larissa AB. Many years before this Phantom flown in Indiana ANG in United-States.

Hi everybody,
I've been member of this site for a while now, but not posting very often.
I have been sharing my skins in SAS, FM site and M4T, but I thought that may be people here could be interested. These are not exactly skins, they include mostly genuine SAS work, that's why I post this here.
Ranwers Tiger Moth mod has been out for a pretty long time, but it's still non skinneable. Anyway, you can install versions of the mod with different skins, only one at a time.

I made the modifications in tga and tgb files for 4 SCW versions, but to make it easier to install and replace them, I included the whole mod folders in a pack. That's why I cannot upload them here, since the whole Ranwers mod is in, and I'm the author just of the skin's tga and tgb.
