fly zo prijatelju molim te pomozi! PLS HELP

ive just insert "copilot_B-25J_flyzo" folder into "MODS" in my game instalation ..i have U.I.1.1.1(i dont know if that depends on something)

and i start QMB with B25J and i see copilot (a gay MALE copilot!! :o ) and i dont see natalie! or if i put my girls face inside its still that stupid guy inside
I JUST SEE THAT STUPID RANDOM MALE FACE and i dont know what to do to change it...can somebody help me to say what i need to do? i would be very grateful!

EDIT :

Thank`s for your help via PM. just rename copilot_B-25J_flyzo to 00copilot_B-25J_flyzo and it works.
First position in list is the reason!
