Put your *.ini files in root/MODS/STD/com/maddox/il2/objects

Put your technics_ru.properties file in root/MODS/STD/i18n

Make sure there are no copies anywhere else.

Do not put the *.txt files from alltoini folder anywhere.
You just had to copy the text from these into your existing files. Nothing else.

If you have a Static_Aircraft folder in root/MODS then change the folder name to -Static_Aircraft
This will stop that mod causing problems. (and your static aircraft will disappear, but that can be fixed later).

If you have doubles of any of those files elsewhere in the mods folder other than the ones in STD folder, merge those other ones into the STD folder ones. So if you have a ships ini hiding somewhere else, merge it to the ship ini in the com folder. etc for all the files. That was my fix.
