If NDA is the problem, then we have at least three options:
1. inform Oleg and 1c to cancel that agreement to allow artists to give the model to importers
2. get the plane imported by some volunteer group supported by 1c (like TBD Devastator)
3. make new model

I really hope that this important plane (and CW-21) won't be missing forever because of legal difficulties.

What is wrong about paying someone? As I see it, you can either wait years for few planes to be finished by community members or get all the planes we want within months by paying someone for it.

just spouting it out again, I'd be willing to make the 3D model. I'm not a professional, but I can make the 3D model good enough to be used for this game.

I'm just waiting for confirmation that my help will be used before starting.

If there's one plane I would like to see (and fly!) in Il-2, it's Helldiver! Sure, Devastator would be nice also but im really hoping for Helldiver. Flyable Avenger wouldn't be too bad, either but if i'd have to choose - I would choose the Beast.

It's a shame that the pacific theatre is lacking so much - I Mean we got all kinds of minor planes in small fronts (like we're getting Fokker 21 for Finland, yay!) but there's some really important planes not even seen in the pacific.
