Wasn't sure if Il-2 supported bumps before, but now I know it does - is there anything stopping us from adding slight bumpmaps to the aircraft to get that 'not quite perfectly flat' effect when the sun glints off of wing panels and the like?
Mod looks great, almost real in the Corsair screens posted earlier!

I too also. Some of the forestation i is blue. But turns to green when you approach. Tends to look like water fom a distance?

Great work! Looks awesome! The fix worked wonderfully!
This made part of the UI 1.1.1 we love the Mod in our online Mod+++Mod we use but was just wondering if it is part of the UI now if not it should be
I've been using this mod since it was released and think it is the best addition to the game since the original Engine Sounds mod.
I agree it should be added, at least as an option, to a future update of the UI Installer.
what happen with me?
the ground is blue .
when I go to close them it is origin color but when I go faraway it is blue
(not the water)
You probably are seeing "through" the ground. This happens when a cockpit texture (or any texture?) is not saved correctly. I had this happen to me, when I saved a file with "quicksave". That uses the RLE compression by default, so I have to use "Save as..." always. It can also happen when a texture isn't square (512x513, when it should be 512x512) or save a file with extension TGA when it isn't a TGA.
oh thanks
but my water is not shader 3 it is shader 1 on my water
I had change water=3 but it is shader 1
As stated above, I LOVE THIS MOD!. However I have been wondering if there is a way to change the Brightness/Contrast of individual .tga's.
What the deal is is that in game the forest textures are a bit too dark for my taste. I tried editing the forestGr.tga in PSP. I found a quality I liked but when saved it had a 3.00Mb size but 3.01 Mb 'on disk' which, of course, wouldn't allow it to load.
Can anyone give me a quick tutorial on how to make these changes for my personal use? Perhaps if anyone else liked them I could make them available to the community.
Thanks in advance.
