I had no problems installing them, all rune fine with the

me too the same problems! No cockpits to the F-4R1, F-4 Trop and F-4/B Trop (I haven't installed F-4/B)...strangely enough, F-2s work fine.I spent all my afternoon trying to solve it, no change, please do something!!

I had the same problem with my F4's and the solution was to disable AHS (All Holes Solved ) Mod. In my case the file to diable with a "minus" (-) sign in the MODS directory was called "Me109-AHS with F4Mistel AWFC".

sometimes i have problems like you, but I dont have installed the AHS mod
is it maybe also included in some other mod, I mean AHS hidden in another mod

its a shame that freddys cockpits dont work right in the moment, but i believe someone will fix it. I want to use this beauties.................another thank to the modder making this 109s reality

I have the same problem with supongo, I see what he sees in his screen and i don't have AHS too.

This does not solve problem of jabo, R1 and Trop versions of F4 cockpit, revi is still attached at left window as supongo shown on pic on all F4s...

I noticed on the fixed trops files to add to air ini all the letters are compacted, other lines in file are spaced, does this make a difference?? also where in file do they have to go, alphabetically or end, if at end i guess they just show up at bottom of aircraft list. Tried install and no luck, cockpit problems.

And which cockpit file to use, i have default and 1 marked bf109mod and the "fix" has 1 marked freddy, so which to leave or overwrite etc???

Finally i have found a solution that might work with those who have a clean UI 1.1.1 as my case:

1. Re-install Freddys cockpits mod

2. Re install New 109Fs mod BUT DONT MOVE ANYTHING OF Cockpits directories, no need of them, just move aircraft directories>>>(at this point u will have wrong armorglass on F2 and no flyable F4)

3. Go to the MODS/Cockpits Bf109 Mod/3do/Cockpit/Bf-109F-2/ folder, find the file named hier and make a copy of it; rename the copy as f4pit, overwrite if exists.

4. Edit f4pit with notepad and find the section [Z_ArmorGlass1] and delete the word Hidden:

Mesh Z_ArmorGlass1
Parent _ROOT_
Hidden

Hi, ok i followed all the above instructions and now have working f4 and trops etc. My question is i didnt change/remove the word "hidden" in the f4pit file. So exactly what should i see as far as armor glass? Are we talking exterior front or internal frames etc. By that i mean all my f-4 series now have armor glass on windshield exterior. f-2 series do not.
Can someone clairfy this for me??

I also tried using the f4pit frovided in the patch but it didnt work so removed it and followed the post and copy/changed name etc and all working.

just wanted to ask if anyone knows how to solve my problem with the new AAA UI 1.1 109s.

Maybe someone has the same problem. Btw i had the same problem without UI 1.1 (i had 0.93) with the 109 standalones. Did a complete IL-2 1946 reinstall before patching to UI 1.1. I can only look at the planes in Arming menu. But when i try to fly them i get a view in nowhere and i cant use the ingame menu. Gotta quit the process then. This happens only to the new 109 Fs but not to the F-1. Very strange.
