Why don't you stick to your 3d work and stop requesting.
This late spam of plane requests are not helping, because modders will do what they want and not what you want and they surely they will use their on sources finding out the necessary info.

Pretty sure there's plenty of discussion still to go through.. mainly, who does want to work on this. american's not the only modder here, and not even he can do something like this on his own. No of us really can. I would help, however I'm just learning 3D modeling myself as well as skinning.

Anyway, to your original question Tesla - yes, I'm interested! I've no idea how possible the physics are in Il-2...but my guess is not to underestimate the power of AAA's FMers :twisted:

I think any rotary-wing aircraft would be a truly great addition to the game...as to which heli, well good luck working that one out! You say you're 3D only, do you/would you work with anyone specific on this (or any of your other projects) to get them off the ground and into the game? Look at the credits of any of the new aircraft, none of them have been done alone - but contact does need to be made

Looking forward to seeing how this progresses, as a wannabe helicopter pilot my attention has been well and truly caught 8)
