Hi,

First you will need SFS Extractor, which will allow you to extract SFS files, like fb_3do.SFS etc. These files are inside IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 folder and you will find desired cockpits inside them. If you want to modify TGA files, first you need to use TGA Converter or ViewIMF.

Yes you can, but first use TGA Converter to make them photoshop ready.
