I dont want to be a stickler cause im so happy to be getting the XVI, but 1 small thing, to my knowledge when they first came out with the C wing some had 4 20mm.

Is there anyway to use the mustang exhaust collectors?? I noticed in every pic of the MKXVI including the ones i took that the exhaust collectors are round and for some reason the MK IX's in the game use the griffon style ones?? Dont know why??

Keep up the great work!! Im so excited!!

Are you sure you want to run with the IX? The VIII is so much better in overall quality and as you don't want to build the canopy from scratch you can use the Tempest one, like Ranwers did, anyway.

Just went through your whole history of posts and couldn't find a single topic I would have been involved in so I have no idea what you are talking about. All I know is, I offered opinion and advice and you refuse, fine with me. Good luck with your project.

Well, the mod itself looks lovely and it will be great to have a proper bubbletop Spit at last, but I think its a shame the MkIX was used as the starting point for this mod instead of the MkVIII, which has a much better model, and would only have needed to have the tail wheel changed, and the guns repositioned to become a MkIXe.

But the MK XVI is a MK IX derivate with the 266 engine...so the choice is historically correct even into the mod course!
