Does someone know how to use throttle of the ME-262 because, when for example in flight switch off autopilot, my engines are on fire. It's always in any campaign, I really think something like that never happened in real plane. What do you think ?

you should notopen the throttle too fast, otherwise the engine is on fire.
If you fly on autopilot the autopilot takes lets say 50% Power. Your Throttle is still on 100%, now the game increases the power from 50% to 100% in a milisecond. So the engine burns.

I think its historic that the engine could start to burn by too fast power increasing.

If this campaign starts in 1947, wouldn't that mean the Czechs would be flying Avia S-92's and S-199's (which are post war productions of both the Me-262 and Bf-109 respectivly). And therefore not get the MiG-15 until the early 50's :?:

It is exactly as you write two missions in former German Bf-109Gs, one mission in former Me-262 and then only soviet jets.
