WIP: New Arctic area map from Mixx_

A stunningly beautifully made map and this new version has even more and better detailed textures. A really great work.

Airfield issues solved.

I totally love the way the aircraft disperse
in such a sensible and plausible manner.

For mission builders -
Alternate the same airfield icons for take offs and landings
and watch the way the planes take off, land, taxi and park,
on both sides of the runways at the same time.
A great way to add realism on smaller airfields.

Plenty of spawn/parking spots to accurately depict any
historical scenarios for the represented airfields.

Will continue to test but so far everything looks great.

Well.... THIS IS A MAP... absolutely amazing. Good looks from high altitude, good looks low flying, good cities, and the best airstrips I've ever seen here. This really sets a new level in map making.

I am pleased to announce the completion of an updated version of Mixx's North Norway map!

Textures have been refreshed, roads and bridges have been adjusted to a more pleasing effect,

and all airfields have been completely redone in the interests of maximum take off, landing, and

parking capacity. Revision uses only 4.09 objects and has been tested to be compatible with UP 2.01

and SAS Modact 2.5 beta for 4.10.

Here is a link to a more detailed release presentation.
