Hey everybody, great to see you all! I have a few questions and Ideas for modpacks. I have an idea for a modpack with planes that were origanilly unflyable. And since im only 12 I will need an awsome guide for newcommers who only want to fly more airplanes than origanilly were. Im horrible with computers and only want to have a lot more planes flyable. You guys are very friendly and will hopfully execpt my idea. See you later!

Navyhawk, I'm pretty sure all the various mod activators, HSFX, UP, SAS, do at the least, make the former AI-only planes flyable. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

The oldest activator, the AAA mod activator already made ~30 planes flyable, the "Big pack" HSFX and Ultrapack make even more.

What plane you would like to fly?

HSFX is a modding community mod pack. It has a bunch of previous unflyable and unavailable aircraft, as well as many mods for IL-2.

Oh, almost forgot:

HSFX means History SFX. (FX as in Effects and S for squadron?)

The mod pack has almost all the flyable aircraft not in beta.

This squadron is the host of the mod pack:

What does beta mean?

Beta means that something is being tested, sometimes available to the public during evaluation, before being released and annouced as a final publication. In Beta, something is being examined by testers to verify suitability for the end-users. Alpha is only the development stage.

Maybe "S" stand for sound ("Sounds and Effects"), because it has new sounds

I though SFX was the compression method used to make the SFS files.
