Work of today. Now it's going faster, i found the final good combination. If you see just one single texture...it's the sign that all is going fine Wink

It's going to be the more realistic desert i have ever made.

There is a little base with a village in left corner of the map, in the south. This is the new face of the place.

There will be a very natural transition from "countryside" and the town. There will some "lost villages", not real town but in the neighborhood the the "main" villages:

Thanks mate. It's goint to be released soon as things are going fast now. I got some troubles last 3 weeks on this map for important technical choices, textures choice mostly but now it's all ok.

Did not try at high altitude Blond at the moment.

More dunes textures, those ones are bigger. Work of today. It looks 3d even close to ground. Tongue

hock: but... 90% of PC pilots are playing fighters... It means... they patrol and start action from 3000-4000 meters altitude.

You can organise best "low vision" textures... but if they look "funny repetitive" or not... should be verified from 3000m and higher altitude flight :wink: ...especially over desert landscape.
