It is an F-111.
It's a technique called "torching" that the Royal Australian Air Force do to show off at air displays. They dump fuel out of the aircraft, the release valve is between the exhausts, they then kick in the afterburners and ignite the fuel stream!
I saw them do it once at IAT at RAF Fairford a few years ago.
Very spectacular! You could feel the heat on the crowdline!....I'm not kidding!!!
