I'm a bit confused by this thread topic. The new planes(with modded cockpits) should show up by default in your FMB Homebase object. What Senshi is showing is how to add AI AC (no cockpits, flown from exterior). If your wishing to fly AI AC, then you must first choose a flyable ac, spawn at airbase and move joystick, then go back to plane list and choose cockpitless plane, Then it will be controlable.

Also "online Italy Map" has several water born bases.
