thats the part of the dgen.exe which has most bugs, I never could make all skins show which were added to db file + custom pilot textures are generated only for the 1/1 flight although there are 31 pilot skins for each nation hock:
other dgen problem which would be cool to fix is that no random flights generated in most of the missions despite that added conf.ini parameter, or at least it doesnt seems to work for me, but worked in 2.04 version
