Oh, I knew about this, but I thought my point would not fall under the ban category: it is simply a bug correction: not a change of weapon parameters, but just a change from the wrong ammo to the correct type. In other words, replace the wrong bomb by the correct one, without changing any weapon parameter in the 500lbs or the 1000lbs bombs.
I hope there is no misunderstanding. A bug is a bug. If this is not a bug, and if I mistakenly saw a 500lbs bomb under the fuselage of my P-47, while it is actually a true 1000lbs one, then fine: leave it as it is. But it is supposed to be a 1000lbs one as offered in the ammo selection menu, and if it is confirmed by others that it is just a 500lbs one, then maybe there is a chance that this bug be corrected, simply because a 1000lbs bomb is a 1000lbs bomb, not a 500lbs one.
The other way would be to correct the loadout file menu, and allow the player to load only 500lbs bombs, but this would be simply inaccurate and wrong for the P-47.
