I made it work by downloading it from the main site.
IL2 Stab can modify the numbers of AI chat lines. I made it to be just one single line . Is good enough I guess.
Also I followed the instruction of ROSOBORONEXPORTCORP and my hud_log_ru.properties looks like this:
I made a notation rule like this:
! means that thing is on (like Gear down: g!)
. means is off (like arrestor hook up)
!! means broken (like flaps jammed)
f' f" f"' are the flaps
c1, c2, c3 are the kompressor stages (or supercharger)
r., r2, r4, r6, r8, ro (open), ra (auto) are the radiator stages
also I modified the labels for wounded heavily wounded and killed in "hit", "wounded" and "dead"
player killed now is just... "fin" (french for end )
etc
