Quote:Oh and as another side note, just out of curiosity; has anyone read the book "Grey Eagles" (also printed as Grau Eaglen?)? its from the 70's by a German author, about a group of ex-luftwaffe aces who fix up and arm a group of 109-G's (with trop filters & galland hoods) and take on the USAAF, and a group of ex fighter pilots (most of whom are aces) lead by a guy who shot down two of the lead german characters in the closing stages of the war. in arizona - in a Final Shootout kinda thing... Sorry its a bit off topic but this request just reminded me of this excelent book (one of my utmost favorites) and just wanted to know who else had seen it, and recommend it
Mate read it about 6 times, even use the Emblem on my desert skin when flying. Also "The Fighters" by Colin Willock is an excellent read.
