A possible solution... Search your IL2 directory for a file called "buttons". If you have more than one instance of it then that's your problem. Delete (i.e. rename and move somewhere safe) the oldest one.

If this file is referenced in your filelist.txt then you'll likely have to remove that entry too. Backup your filelist.txt before you make any changes to it.
