Thanks buddy for directing me towards the problem. But, there was no duplicate buttons file anywhere, however, the old buttons file that i incidently backed up was bigger in size than the old one, a bit strange, so i simply replaced it, and it works fine now for the moment :lol:

Lets see if it continues to work fine for me now.
