Hmmm perhaps this one?

Ok, it is not geographical correct. But there should be a chance to start with b17, p51 etc. If I want to fly to England, it makes not much fun to spawn in the air somewhere over the channel. I want to start my plane and I want to land my plane.
The same with b17 and p51. These guys dont want to spawn somewhere in the northsea. The want to fly to germany AND they want to fly back to their homebase.
