Yeh, me too - the original boxed version - I got it when I was in the UK back in 2001/2....didn't have a clue about it, but loved the cover art and, hey, it was a combat flight sim! 8)
Haven't looked back since...
Also can't remember ever having a version with visible pilot, though...
