All these types, the 110D, E and F would warrant new slots (therefore free on FM/WM changes obviously and in no way contradicting site rules).
According to domestic publications, aside from cosmetic changes the 110D was fitted with drop tanks. It is effectively the Me-110 version of the Ju-87R for mediterranean and other long range operations but otherwise a C-4/B for FM/WM.
The 110E introduced 601P engines (the bomber version of the 1200PS 601N using C2/3 fuel). It also featured new armament options like the MK-101 anti-armour gun in a belly pack (used on this variant in North Africa). Generally armament capacity was increased to around 1000kg and the airframe was strengthened.
The 110F of course used 601F engines (the bomber version of the 1350PS 601E motor) as well as other changes already mentioned and more armouring. Weapon load was up to 1200kg. I think this one also introduced the MG-151/20 standard armament.
From what I've read the 110E was rushed into service on the Eastern Front to update zerst
