I don't understand, what am I doing wrong? I've tried almost everything with no luck...What did I miss? And what do you mean delete the cockpits folder? Where does everything go then?

You need not to delete the cockpit folder,just copy the hier.him file from Freddy's mod folder,it is in
MODS\cockpit bf109's\bf109f2 folder.Then you paste it in the MODS\Bf-109F_Jabo\3do\Cockpit\BF109F2 folder, delete the BF-109F2B.him file and change the hier.himname to "BF-109F2B.him"
at last you open the new BF-109F2B.him ,delete the "Hidden" in this section:

Parent _ROOT_
Hidden
Attaching 0 1 0 -1 0 0 0 0 1 -0.26209 0 0.74628
after that it will like this:
