Download and run the latest version of the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool.
Follow this procedure from the Microsoft site:

Defrag with http://www.iobit.com/iobitsmartdefrag.html

Usually, this a msg. because of JScript errors with newer JSCRIPT.DLL

Reboot & good luck.
