Reason I ask is I need to upload copies of qualifications C&Gs and the like for access by prospective employers for my job in the real world

Prospective employers would probably appreciate the security problems involved in displaying scans of your qualifications on the net, could you instead describe where you gained it, the name of the qualification and the date of the award? Like this:

01/01/2001.. The college/institute you were attending.. C&G (Cambridge) Applied Engineering Level II

If they already know your name they could easily verify your qualifications if you give them this info too
