Could you replace the props with a transparent (-ish) disk? If you speculate it, it might give the impression of movement as it reflects the light

Sure, animated props would be nice but un-necessary IMO for this sort of thing.

I'm sure buzzing an airfield at a few hundred miles per hour we wouldn't notice if the props on these objects were animated or not
