I know this is a military sim, but even so, WWII was often characterized by large numbers of refugees on the roads, often in animal-pulled wagons or with handcarts and whatnot. I don't really believe I've ever encountered of these in the game, certainly not as moving objects.

I was just wondering if it would be possible, if anyone has any interest in this that is, in creating skins/objects for strictly civilian vehicles. It would give a boost to instilling yet another level of both gameplay and semi-realism to the game.
