Double_Ugly , it's a painting by the avaiation artist Marii Chernev called "Miss France". The scene depicted is Capt.Victor Atanasov, CO of 2/6nd orlyak, scoring a P-38 over Dolni Pasarel on 20 December 1943 with a french-built Dewoitine D.520-C1.
