Now it's in greyscale, I tried some different programs to optimize it, but to no avail. It is still several times too large for the 98Kb limit. Cry

So, even though I may have the video looking good, the size is the main issue at this point...
My PSP9 loaded it up, but turned it into a single frame... Perhaps you might be able to help me in this area?

Is this an animated gif file? If so you'll need something like Ulead's Gif animator or Easy GIF Animator Pro to edit it - they are available as demo's (I think) from the manufacturers and can also be found on most torrent sites.
