RFC let you have multiple copy of the sim on your hard drive allowing you to switch between them;
is an expensive solution in terms of occupied HD space but healther than JME

you asked why use GME to un/mount mods... right question
simply is written onto ubisoft FB forums with addicted tutorial: i think tfe're still lot of people who's still using GME with this purpose ( im now using RFC, better ask 'em why they still use GME )
