well the roof itself seems just to be level and guns just mounted there.
The guns you'll be wanting are 12.8 cm Flakzwilling 40's. Only 35 we're made so kinda rare guns but there's some photo material:

Might try some AAA book or forum for drawings in order to model 'em.
