Here is a link that may help. It addresses some sound issues with IL-2 and soundcards and onboard sound. I'm sure you will get this sorted. By the way a person that flies in our online squad with IL-2 had a similar problem and by going to direct x manager and setting sound acceleration from full to standard corrected his problem.
