Okay about the fixes. Zorin, an excellent modder is currently working at new bulges for the 109 series that look much closer to reality. That's most of it right there.
You could argue the K-4 and G-10 need visibly larger supercharger intakes to signify the 605D engine. It already has a larger oil cooler which I think Zorin is improving also.
The sump cover is just a matter of skinning. I think the very small oil pump bulge can be simulated well enough with skinning too, it is such a small detail for a lot of extra work, but you might consider speaking to Zorin about it as he is already working on G-6/G-14 cowlings.
