thanks i just set my card to the max 16qx aa and 16x as, super sampling etc etc etc, and upped my page file to 6000 mb, .... using psycho's conf and wow what a difference,

card settings

anistropic filter -- 16x
AA gamma correction --on
AA setting --16xQ
AA transparency -- supersampling
force mipmaps --trilinier
text filtering neg load bias --clamp
texture filtering --high quality
tripple buffering --on
vertical sync -- on

i have some other settings burt i dont know what they will do so they are on default.
