I bought 1946 some time ago, and I'm getting quite into it now. I've started a japanese campaign, and relative to every other campaign I've played, I notice there's a distinct lack of radio chatter. Often my wingmen wont even respond to messages I give out.

Is there something I've neglected to tick when starting my IJN campaign (fighter), or is this normal?
