Some dearly wanted mods.

There is now.

In my opinion - and it's just that, my personal opinion - this should be the priority order for new AC (not including WWI as that's down to CK):

1 - Served in WWII. Mass produced. Saw extensive combat.
2 - Served in WWII. Mass produced. Saw some combat, but perhaps was replaced early on or arrived too late to really get into it.
3 - Served in WWII. Mass produced. Not a combat type or didn't see combat, but was present in significant numbers.
4 - Served pre- or postwar. Mass produced. Saw extensive combat.
5 - Served pre- or postwar. Mass produced. Saw some combat or was simply present in significant numbers.
6 - Served before, during, or after WWII. Not as commonly produced, but still of enough importance to warrant going into game (perhaps some of the 'milestone' types which flew, but were never in widespread use).
7 - Paper fantasy-planes which never flew in their intended configuration (big difference between glider models and powered flight).

Of course, it's up to the modders themselves what AC they create (I for one am working on an Ar240, both to familiarise myself with modelling aircraft and as it did see limited use as a recce aircraft), but at the end of the day it's a bit silly to go all-out on one set and ignore aircraft which should've been included right from the start. We still don't have a proper, non-frankenplane Tiffie.
