Thanks VonWaffen but I solved it. 
Did try before video mode full screen in game hardware setup but didn't work. Went back to config file and solved it. Some people have suggested different but this works. Not sure about trying the all aircraft mod again after the stuff up and hassles. Screen indicates it loads to 5 percentage, waited ages but nothing. At least I got stuff back to normal.
