He meant to take that tga from Vikings grand canyon maps textures and place it in his texture folder.
The fix is this...
Download Vikings Grand Canyon map and then copy the texture "gc_whitechalk.tga" and place it in Vin's texture folder or if you already have Vinkings map copy the texture into vins's folder.
Thanks for the tip,I wonder why the load.ini would not just get referenced to the Grand Canyon texture folder,that way we wouldn't need to start doubling up textures in other folders.
When using others textures from other maps,just reference the load.ini string to the folder the textures are already in,otherwise we will end up with numerous folders with the same textures being distributed over and over.
