The only trouble I had with windows 7 was when it came to installing hyperlobby. Make sure that when you do it is done in win 95 compatibility mode and when you have connected it to your "il2fb.exe" file you can then change it to XP Service Pack 3 Mode.

Hyperlobby will work fine once this is done
